Torrie Hale began as a small investment company that wanted to see the community grow, exponentially. With the cost of housing rapidly increasing it was evident that many people would become priced out of their desired neighborhoods. Library closures, removal of after-school programs have reduced educational opportunities presented in affordable neighborhoods.
Torrie Hale has the desire to bring forth Housing Developments that would re-establish communities and city partnerships. From concept to completion we aim to deliver to you innovative designs and technology avenues to strengthen your communities.
